Questions too ironic to answer…
People go through life doing things that helps shape their future. So why is it that others pursue things that eventually lead to trouble? Why do people choose to complicate their lives? Why is it that some live their lives making decisions that they eventually regret? Why do we try to control everything? Why do we fool ourselves that we can go and tame everything around us? Why do we convince ourselves that problems are results of inevitable circumstances and unpredictable outcomes? We force ourselves to accept things us plain experiences and unavoidable acts of mistakes? Why is that it burdens us to know that we always have choices even though we don’t always feel like it? Why can’t we take responsibility for our actions and their outcomes? Why is it that for an intelligent race as human beings we can’t actually see the obvious? We often overlook the simple things and skip common sense. Why can’t we instill it to our thick skulls that we actually have a part in our future, and that we our responsible for our destiny? Why can’t we just be satisfied with whatever it is we have? Is that our flaw as human beings? Are we far too intelligent to notice the simpler things and choose the less complicated, or are we just plain stupid? Are we hopelessly egocentric that we end up tracking the path where our pride and ego leads us rather than follow that of good moral. Why do we destroy each other, nation-to-nation, friend-to-friend, lover-to-lover, brother to sister, mother to son, father to daughter, so on so fourth…? Why do we end up hurting the ones we love most? Why do we fall in love? Why do we fall out of love? Why do we use our minds to choose the person we want to be with? Why do we use our hearts to decide on whom to spend the rest of our lives with? Why do we give up good things for attractive illusions? Is it just the way of life? Or is it our curse as sinners who never seem to learn from our past mistakes and the mistakes of those before us? Why? Why? Why? …
